Is this the right accommodation for you?:
Party- people this one is NOT for you! This is a small quiet complex of 21 apartments, mostly owner occupied. The complex has security cameras throughout, and the residents expect all guests to leave the property and common areas clean and tidy. There is a very strict no party policy. Small gatherings of up to 12 people are acceptable (including the 6 people able to stay at the accommodation). There is no noise allowed on balconies beyond 9pm. Respecting the right to quiet enjoyment by the residents of this friendly, tight-knit apartment complex is paramount.
